New Leaf Nursery
New Leaf Nursery offers healthy, vigorous herb transplants to enhance your culinary adventures and your personal wellbeing. Practicing organic methods, we propagate from seed, cuttings and rootings, and love to specialize in the less common herbs, such as winter savory, salad burnet and fennel (to name just a few!).
In spring and fall, we provide a wide range of tasty vegetable transplants. We grow upwards of 25 heirloom and hybrid tomato varieties, specialty peppers, and other summer delights. We will happily raise small quantities of specific varieties to customer order. Year-round, we also offer tough Southern natives, best suited to the wild swings of the Texas climate. Whilst providing stunning displays in your landscaping, our selection supports bees, butterflies and hummingbirds, as well as reducing water use and maintenance. All this, plus go-to advice from a former Texas Certified Nursery Professional and Master Gardener!

Watermelon Hill
Watermelon Hill is a six generation cattle ranch in Cat Spring.
We raise grass fed, grass finished beef and pastured eggs. Our animals live on the land as intended.
They travel from pasture to pasture, eat nutritious grass, drink clean water, and lay in the sun.
There is never a need for added hormones or antibiotics. When ready, the cattle are taken to a state inspected, humane kill, facility for harvesting. The meat is allowed to rest for at least two weeks before full processing. All meat is state inspected and vacuumed sealed with proper handling directions attached.
